Installation is included
Every system we sell is installed free by our own trained installers, never subcontractors. The 1-year labor warranty covers that work.
How coverage works
Coverage starts on the date of purchase and applies to the original installation address. Labor coverage applies to work performed by Springhouse.
What is not covered
Consumable items such as salt, replacement filter cartridges, and UV bulbs are not covered, along with damage from freezing, fire, flooding, misuse, or water conditions outside the operating ranges listed on each product page. Equipment altered or repaired by someone other than Springhouse may lose coverage.
Making a claim
Contact our West Chester office at 104 S Church St, West Chester, PA 19382 with your address and a short description of the problem. We will diagnose it, tell you what is covered, and schedule the fix.
